Holiday Period - Tracking Information
Following our Holiday campaigns, we’re experiencing an increased amount of orders. Therefore, it’s possible your order is not sent out within the estimated 2 business days as previously mentioned. Our warehouse is working their hardest to ship your package as soon as possible. If you haven’t received a tracking number within 5 business days, please contact us.
We advise you to look for your tracking information in your spam filter. Shipments with tracking information which is not updated will soon be shipped out.

We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.
Once your order is successfully submitted, the warehouse then processes your order the following business day. It is then picked, packed, and dispatched. Once it is on its way to you, you will receive tracking info, along with the info of an estimated delivery date, via email.
You should receive your order 3-5 business days thereafter. Packages are not transported on weekends and local public holidays.
Kindly note that the estimated delivery times (3-5 business days) are estimates and may vary due to external factors outside of Daniel Wellington’s, and its courier’s, control.
These factors may include but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions, technical failures, customs delays, etc.
Additionally, please note that during periods of promotional campaigns, delivery times may be longer than usual.
