This document is needed when returning the product back to us. Please check the return process related to your country to know if you need this document. The template is attached, please ensure to fill it as per the steps below:
Step 1. Fill out the “FROM” field with your name, address, and phone number. Make sure that the details are the same as in your original order.
Step 2. Waybill number: enter the same tracking number as you had for your original order.
The Shipment ID is the tracking number on the new return label. (You can find this new tracking numbers on the return label you created. It is mentioned under ''UPS SAVER'' and starts with 1Z.
Step 3. You do not need to edit the “SHIP TO” field.
Step 4. In the “In the “SOLD TO” field, enter the same details as in the “FROM” field.
Step 5. Enter the items that you are sending, for example, “leather watch” and include article numbers (SKUs) and prices from your order (you can find this information in your order confirmation and delivery note or even on our website).
Step 6. Write your signature and the date next to the “Shipper” field.
Step 7. Enter the total purchase price and currency for the whole order.
