We are happy to provide you with free return shipping within 30 days from receiving your order. Please read our return policy to ensure your return is accepted and refunded.
“Complimentary” items (or any free product received as part of a promotional offer) are not eligible to be exchanged and must be returned along with the other items in your order if you are returning your order for a refund.
Please make sure to follow all the steps below to complete your return according to your country:
1. Please first register the return using the following link and follow the instructions:

- From other countries: please skip the first step and directly move on to the second one
2. Complete and print 1 copy of the return label and paste it on top of your package ! This label shows that the return fees are covered by us, so you do not have to pay for anything additional. The label also shows our warehouse address so it is sent to the correct address. So it is important to have it ready. Also, take note of the tracking number mentioned under ''UPS SAVER'' to track your package and claim your refund.
3. Complete and print 3 copies of the commercial invoice automatically sent by email (No need to include them inside of the package, please give them directly to the courier). You can learn how to complete the invoice through the link here. In case you do not have this document, please submit a request here and select returns as a topic.
4. Visit the closest UPS center to drop your package or contact our courier partner UPS, to arrange for the pick-up as per your convenience.They will need the tracking number mentioned in step 2 so you can return your package for free. Kindly note that we only offer free returns with UPS.

When we receive the returned product, we can only refund you for the same price you paid when originally making your purchase and notify you by email. We do not offer exchange.
TERMS:
Please note you will need to send back your order within 30 days from receiving it. Daniel Wellington will not accept any returns after this period. Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
Orders purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in store.
Kindly note that we do not offer the service of exchanging your items. If you wish to receive an exchange, please send back your order and place a new one at your own convenience.
