Within 2-3 business days of placing your order, you will receive an e-mail from our courier partner, UPS, containing your package’s tracking information and expected delivery date.
To track your package, simply use the tracking received by email number provided on UPS’ official website.
Kindly note that the tracking number may be delayed for cash on delivery orders as this payment method requires verification of the order prior to shipment. Our customer support team will contact you to complete the process during working hours. Incorrect contact details or failure to verify the order may lead to cancellation.
Please note that the expected delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to external factors outside of Daniel Wellington’s, and our courier’s, control. These factors may include but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions, technical failures, customs delays, etc.
