“Free” items (or any complimentary product or gift received as part of a promotional offer) are not eligible to be exchanged and must be returned along with the other items in your order if you are returning your order for a refund.
The free accessory offer is based on the amount of the original purchase. In case of a return where you no longer fulfill the criteria for the campaign offer and the gift is being kept, the free gift will be charged.
In the event you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to receive a different product, you are most welcome to send back your purchase for a full refund, and place a new order at your own convenience. Please check our return policy to verify that your product is eligible to be returned.
As soon the returned product is back to our warehouse, we will refund your product for the price paid to the account originally used when making your purchase,
Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our warehouse for a refund to be made. Products cannot be returned in a local retail store.
If you have paid customs fees for the items you wish to return, please contact your local UPS office for information on how to have these fees refunded.
Any offer or campaign offered during the original purchase will still be honored when placing a new order - please contact us for more information. This is not applicable for any discontinued items or other items, which we may not be able to replace.
