Black Friday - Tracking Information
We’re experiencing an increase in volume of orders following Black Friday. Because of this, your order may not be sent within the estimated two business days following your purchase. Our warehouse is working their hardest to send out your order as quickly as possible and will do so during this week. As soon as your order is on its way to you, tracking information will be sent to you via email. We kindly advise you to wait until next week before contacting us regarding your tracking information. We dearly appreciate your patience and thank you for your understanding in this matter. Our apologies for any inconvenience.
We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.
Once your order is successfully submitted, the warehouse then processes your order the following business day. It is then picked, packed, and dispatched. Once it is on its way to you, you will receive tracking info, along with the info of an estimated delivery date, via email.
You should receive your order 3-5 business days thereafter. Packages are not transported on weekends and local public holidays.
Kindly note that the estimated delivery times (3-5 business days) are estimates and may vary due to external factors outside of Daniel Wellington’s, and its courier’s, control.
These factors may include but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions, technical failures, customs delays, etc.
Additionally, please note that during periods of promotional campaigns, delivery times may be longer than usual.
