Returning an order from outside the US or Canada?
- "Submit a request" through the link below
- Select "Return" as the Topic, provide a return reason, and submit your request
- You will receive an automatic email with your return instructions
- Follow the instructions and create your return label
- Return your order to us via our courier UPS
Terms & Conditions:
Please note you will need to send back your order within 30 days* from receiving it. Daniel Wellington will not accept any returns after this period. Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
*Orders placed between November 1st, 2019 – December 7th, 2019 qualify for an extended holiday return window and can be returned up until January 7th, 2020.
Items marked as 50%-off are Final Sale and will be excluded from our normal return policy, which means they will not be eligible to be returned or exchanged. Additionally, "gift-with-purchase" items cannot be exchanged and must be returned along with the other item(s) you are sending back to us.
Kindly note that we do not offer the service of exchanging your items. If you wish to receive an exchange, please send back your order and place a new one at your own convenience. Any offer or campaign offered during the original purchase will still be honored when placing a new order - please contact us for more information. This is not applicable for any discontinued items or items purchased in a clearance sale which we may not be able to replace.
