The process below is only for products purchased directly from our website. Online orders cannot be returned to a local retail store. If you made your order from an authorized website or store, please contact them directly for further assistance.
“Complimentary” items (or any free product received as part of a promotional offer) are not eligible to be exchanged and must be returned along with the other items in your order for us to accept your return.
To initiate the return process for your online order, please make sure to read our return policy and terms below to ensure your return is accepted, then follow the instructions below:
Customers are required to return the product in its original packaging to the pickup person without sealing it. Pickup person will do the basic Quality Check and collect the product. There is no need to take a print and paste any return label on the box.
Customers should ask for an acknowledgement slip while handing over the package to the pickup person, as it is a mandatory requirement for tracking the order.

Please note you will need to send back your order within 14 days from receiving it. Daniel Wellington will not accept any returns after this period. Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
