As per our warranty terms, damaged, scratched or broken glass is not covered by our warranty.
However, we are happy to offer a glass replacement service.
The repair service is currently limited to the repair and replacement of the glass. Smaller repairs, such as battery replacement, spring bar replacement or changing the strap can be done in our own stores, or at affiliated retailers if the dealer offers this service.
Please note that this is a fee-based service, costing 50£, including shipping.

Please describe the product in question, send pictures (front and back) of the product via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and state your name, your shipping address and your e-mail.
In order for us to deliver this service as swiftly as possible, we require your consent to proceed with the repair service within the legally-mandated 14 day cancellation period. Please reply to the email with a confirmation that we are allowed to proceed. By confirming that we are allowed to proceed with the repair service within the cancellation period, you are aware that you may not exercise the right of withdrawal.
In the event that you wish to proceed with the repair, confirm the same by paying for the repair via a payment link which will be sent from an official DW email address to you by e-mail. If you receive a link for payment from an account purporting to be DW and you are not sure whether it is genuine, please contact the DW customer support team.
Following payment, you will be provided with a UPS shipping label addressed to our logistics center in London.
Print the label and attach it to your parcel before sending the product to DW with UPS.
You are aware and acknowledge that the risk and costs associated with shipping the product to DW for repair, and all costs relating to the repair service, shall be borne by you.
We do our utmost to ensure that the repaired product will be returned to you within fourteen (14) working days of following receipt of the product.
We will send an e-mail to the address you provided confirming the dispatch of your parcel, including relevant shipping information.
Products whose authenticity cannot be verified will not be accepted for repair. We reserve the right, upon physical receipt of the product, to assess its authenticity. If the authenticity of the product cannot be proven, the product will not be repaired and we will return the product to you.
A refund will then be issued to the same account used for the payment.
When you proceed with the repair service, we will save some of your personal information in order for you to complete the purchase. You have the right to request access to your data and if any information is incorrect you may have it changed or removed.
