If you want to return your order, please register the return via our returns portal using this link and follow the instructions.
If you are dropping off your parcel at a UPS Access Point, please inform the staff that you are submitting a Label-Less Return to Daniel Wellington. The Access Point staff will print a return label on the spot and attach it to the parcel.
IMPORTANT: Please ask for a receipt with the new tracking number in order to be able to track your return.
All you need is your order number to get in-store help with your return or exchange.
Please note that you can only return/exchange your order in our store if you have ordered at danielwellington.com/uk and paid by credit card. It is not possible to return in store if you have already registered your return online.
Products purchased directly from our website can be returned to our warehouse or in the following Daniel Wellington stores: - London: 24 Carnaby street, 12 Market Building, 111A Commercial Street and Westfield Stratford Shopping Centre - Cambridge: Saint Tibbs Road
Please note you will need to send back your order within 30 days from receiving it. Daniel Wellington will not accept any returns after this period. Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
Kindly note that we do not offer the service of exchanging your items. If you wish to receive an exchange, please send back your order and place a new one at your own convenience. Any offer or campaign offered during the original purchase will still be honored when placing a new order - please contact us for more information. This is not applicable for any discontinued items or items purchased in a clearance sale which we may not be able to replace.
