If you wish to change your delivery address, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in this matter.
When requesting for an address change, we need the following the following information:
- First and Last name
- Street name and number
- Zip code and City
- Phone number
In case we cannot change the address anymore, usually because the package has already been shipped. We recommend that once you get a notification from Australia Post saying “package is arriving today”, you can click the option which says “nobody will be home” and the package will be taken to a local post office where you can pick it up at your convenience.
If Australia Post try to deliver and it has the wrong address, it will be returned to sender which takes up to 10 working days to arrive back at our warehouse. Once it arrives, we can arrange to have it re-sent to the correct address. Please note that we need to receive the item first before we can reship the order.
