Once your return package is received at our warehouse, it will be processed and inspected before we approve or disapprove the return.
The product(s) must be unused, in their original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact, and in the same new condition as when the watch was received.
If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued for your order. Once processed, you can expect the refund to appear in your account within 5-10 business days.
Please note that campaigns or holidays may delay the refund processing. If you have any questions, feel free to submit a request using the link below.
For orders placed with COD, please be aware that we cannot refund to a Postepay account. We will need a valid BIC/SWIFT code and an IBAN.
