If we are unable to process your cancellation immediately—typically because the package has already been packed and shipped in real time—we will contact our courier to arrange for the package to be returned to our warehouse. Once we receive the package, usually within 2-3 business days, we will process the return, issue a full refund to your account if it was prepaid, and inform you via email.
